	Міжнародний проект Україна-Канада "Козаки" Ukraine-Canada International Project “The Kozaks”

The Kozaks is a heroic-romantic play in two acts and five scenes that introduces the history and traditions of The Kozaks. Scenes, costumes, music, choral performance, and dances give us an opportunity to discover through genre symbiosis their characters and images, what we call the national features and culture of our nation.

This play is at the developmental stage under support of the National Council on Culture under the President of Ukraine, the National Association of Composers of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Association “Prosvita” of Taras Shevchenko, UNESCO International Institute of Ballet in the USA, Ukrainian Canadian Congress .

The play involves a symphony orchestra, men’s choirs, classical and folk ballet dancers.
